1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Registry Collective website (registrycollective.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Registry Collective reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Nature of Business
Registry Collective is a secondary market reseller of pre-owned and brand-new luxury goods. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or an official dealer of any luxury brand whose products we resell, including but not limited to Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and others. All brand names are used solely to accurately describe the pre-owned items being sold.
3. Authenticity & Product Descriptions
All items listed on Registry Collective have been physically inspected by our authentication team. We represent, to the best of our knowledge and expertise, that all items are authentic. Product descriptions including condition, colour, hardware, and dimensions are provided in good faith based on our physical inspection.
While we maintain rigorous authentication standards, Registry Collective's liability for authenticity disputes is limited to the purchase price of the item and our standard returns process.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is collected via our secure checkout or concierge payment process. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer complimentary, fully insured shipping across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics conditions. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery confirmation.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for items in their original, undamaged condition with all original packaging and security tags intact. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, design, and code — is the intellectual property of Registry Collective unless otherwise stated. Brand names and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. No use of our content or third-party brand materials is permitted without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Registry Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant item.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
