Delivery Timelines

We coordinate with leading premium logistics providers to ensure secure, tracked transit:

• Domestic (India): 10 to 14 working days, plus an additional 3-5 working days as a margin. That window includes sourcing your piece from the USA, Europe or the UAE along with any custom preferences you request, complete customs clearance, multi-point authentication via Legit App & Entrupy, and complimentary insured dispatch via FedEx & Delhivery.
• International: 10 to 14 working days, plus an additional 3-5 working days as a margin. Sourced from the USA, Europe or the UAE, customs cleared, fully declared, certified authentic, and tracked dynamically across continental corridors.

Signature & Verification

To maintain the security of your high-value assets, all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We do not deliver to PO boxes or forwarding addresses under any circumstances.

Customs & Duties

For international shipments, all local import duties, taxes, and custom clearances are pre-calculated at checkout or handled by our concierge team directly, ensuring no hidden fees or delays in transit.
